Beaver Bus Ltd Training Agreement
We’re committed to supporting your professional development. Beaver Bus will pay for one CPC course per year for every employee. We cover the full cost upfront, and in return we simply ask for a fair commitment from you.
Please read the agreement below before signing.
1. Annual Training Entitlement
All Beaver Bus employees are entitled to one CPC course per year, fully funded by the company. You can choose from the available courses offered by Just Training Limited or Enterprise Training Limited.
We’ll support you with booking, access, and any help you need to complete the training successfully.
2. Commitment After Training
Because Beaver Bus pays for your training, we ask that you stay with us for 12 months after completing your course.
If you leave before the 12 months are up — for any reason, including dismissal — you agree to repay either the full cost or a reduced amount based on how long you stayed after completing the training.
Repayment Scale

| 3–6 months | 75% |
| 6–9 months | 50% |
| 9–12 months | 25% |
Training costs and course booking information:
- Just Training Limited – £69.00
- Enterprise Training Limited – £28.75 for a 7 hour course or £43.50 for 2 x 3.5 hour courses.
3. Leaving Before or During Training
If you leave Beaver Bus before the training starts or while the training is still in progress, you agree to repay 100% of the training cost.
4. When Funding May Need to Be Repaid
Some training providers can withdraw funding if the course isn’t completed. If this happens, you may be required to repay the full amount unless there are exceptional circumstances agreed with the Director.
Examples include:
- Not attending required sessions
- Not completing coursework
- Not taking the required exams
- Stopping the course early

5. How Repayment Works
If you owe money under this agreement, Beaver Bus may deduct the amount from your final salary or any other payments due when your employment ends, in line with employment legislation.
If your final pay doesn’t cover the full amount:
- You agree to make payment within 30 days, or
- We can agree a repayment plan with you
If payment isn’t made within 30 days or an agreed plan isn’t followed, Beaver Bus may take legal action to recover the outstanding amount.

By completing this this form, you confirm that you understand and agree to the terms above.
