We’re committed to supporting your professional development. Beaver Bus will pay for one CPC course per year for every employee. We cover the full cost upfront.

 

Annual Training Entitlement

All Beaver Bus employees are entitled to one CPC course per year, fully funded by the company. You can choose from the available courses offered by Just Training Limited or Enterprise Training Limited.

We’ll support you with booking, access, and any help you need to complete the training successfully.

Training costs and course booking information:

Failing to Attend, Leaving Before or During Training

If you Fail to Attend, leave before the training starts or while the training is still in progress without reasonable cause, you agree to repay 100% of the training cost.

Beaver Bus may deduct the amount from your salary.

If your pay doesn’t cover the full amount:

  • You agree to make payment within 30 days, or
  • We can agree a repayment plan with you
