Thank you submitting your reservation form for a place for an Entitled student through the Local Authority.

We will check your application against our list provided by Leicestershire County Council. If the passenger name is present, we will process your reservation form and send you a confirmation SMS.

We are unable to answer any queries on behalf of the Leicestershire County Council about allocations or if you are entitled to free school transport.  We do not have access to the criteria our catchment boundaries.  If you need further help, please contact TransportAssessments@leics.gov.uk

We will post our passes out in August in good time for the schools returning and send you a text message when your pass is on it’s way.

We operate a No Pass No Travel Policy, passes must be presented for travel at all times. If you misplace the pass and need a new one, you can purchase one here www.beaver-bus.co.uk/bus-pass-system/

We will not be able to accept the previous years pass for travel. The pass will not scan after the last day of the 2021-22 academic year.
