Early Bird Discount

Overview

The Early Bird Discount is offered as an incentive for customers who commit to their booking before June 1st. This policy outlines the eligibility criteria and conditions under which the discount is applied.

Discount Value
• A £40 discount will be applied to each eligible ticket.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Early Bird Discount, customers must meet all of the following conditions:

Registration Deadline
• Customers must complete their sign‑up on or before 31 May at 23:59.

Payment Plan Start Date
• The discount is only available to customers who select a payment plan beginning in April, May, or June.

Payment Compliance
• All scheduled payments must be made on time and in full.
• If a customer falls behind on payments or fails to meet the agreed instalment dates, the Early Bird Discount will be revoked, and the full ticket price will apply.

Application of Discount
• The £40 discount will be applied at the point of booking for eligible customers.
• If the discount is revoked due to non‑compliance with payment terms, the outstanding balance will be adjusted accordingly.

Non‑Transferability
• The Early Bird Discount is non‑transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to any other product or service.

Amendments
• The organisation reserves the right to amend or withdraw this policy at any time. Any changes will not affect customers who have already qualified under the terms in place at the time of their booking.
