Registering a Customer Complaint, Concern or Enquiry
If your bus pass is provided through the local authority you should register your complaint, concern or enquiry by contacting the council by either:

If you purchase your bus pass direct from the bus company you should register your complaint, concern or enquiry by contacting Beaver Bus Ltd by email only:
In either case above, you will be provided with either a verbal or written acknowledgement on receipt of your complaint/enquiry within a maximum of 5 working days and a full response will be provided in writing within a maximum of 10 working days. In exceptional cases where the complaint/enquiry requires significant investigation the response may take up to 20 working days.
